Tyre fitment advice

Anybody running 235/40/18 on 18x8.5+45 or very similar? Any rubbing issues and what did you need to do to make it fit?

I'm having my front guards rolled next week and I've also got camber and height adjustable coilovers to tweak fitment with. Do you reckon I'll get away with it, my car isn't super low either?
