I agree. As nice as it looks, I think they need to be darker to match the grill etc. My mate has even had his front and rear valance sprayed to match his grill and on his..

You can buy them black from Audi/ebay now though can't you, as in the 'Black' pack that Audi do on the A3 range?

the audi black edition ones are the same colour as mine , the one in the pics looks aqesome but i wanted to keep some oem s car features , the splitters and really the silver mirrors too but they do stand out a bit too much now , ill try the black ones it i dont like um the silver ones will go back on  :happy2:

well my opinion?

i like em  :grin:

black rims on red cars dont really do it for me as they can disappear in the grand scheme of things, having them tinted away from silver will always be a win for me  :happy2: (so much so i did it to mine  :laugh:)

i think the colour is bang on dude  :happy2: as for the rims being common... thats only as they are a natural suit for the car, thats not a bad thing  :innocent:

wing mirrors though... a fat no from me, i think black would work there to match your grill  :smiley:

i ve got my gloss black mirror  covers now .... and i m not liking them !! am going to try a vinyl panel on the front of them ( :happy2:vc) if this is no good they ll be off to the paint shop to go dark steel  :wink:
