Rear spring suggestions?

Morning all,

I'm after suggestions for replacement rear springs. Last year I fitted new Bilstein B4 and Eibach Lowering Springs (came as a package) along with Whiteline ARB, adjustable toe-links etc etc. But, I hate the stance of the rear of the car, it's just too low. The front is spot on now, the wheel gap is constant all the way round but the rear, even with no load looks like it's been lowered to buggery and when full, looks like it's dropped on bags.

Any suggestions on something to replace the rears? Stock again maybe? I dunno, I just hate the way it looks. Handling is fine though.

I added some TT rear spring seats to raise the rear a little......I will look for the details.

The car sits perfectly now.  I have the B4 and Eibach Sportline setup.

Golf GTI ones are quite thin



and the TT ones are a lot thicker and give an even stance all round

I do see you have solutions recommended...just wanted to add the only springs I have found to not be higher in the front are Whiteline. I've had Eibach (1st set) and H&R (2nd set) and both sets were lower in back. Then I found a pair of H&R coilover rear springs and I was able to adjust the rear. Last year I added a set from Whiteline WSK-VWN002 and the FTG, with the Whiteline set of springs, in back is a bit higher (7mm to 8mm) than the front FTG. (FTG; fender-to-ground measurement)

Thanks for that! I had coilovers on my last car so would've done the same but money is going into the house so decided not to go down that route, although obviously that gives you the best flexibility  :smiley:
