2008 Golf GTI MK5 Stage 3 K04 Conversion DV Relocation

Hi,

I am in the process of a K04 conversion.  What parts do I need for the DV relocate?  I have the Intake, Forge Hose and DV at the moment.  How is the DV mounted?
