Door locks
« on: October 14, 2023, 08:58:10 am »
Door locks have started to go and not unlock with the central locking. Front nearside is sticking and occasionally the rear too but rarely. Just wanted to check that they are the same as any other Mk5 so I should be able to find a cheap set on eBay?

Removing the doorskin is the only way or is it the easiest way?

Anything else to be aware of when changing the mechanism?

3 different length of fixings? Cardboard template it is!

What grease would you use?

Am I right to assume the locks are same as any Mk5 golf?
