Springs - upside down?

Hey everyone. I had my spring and shocks changed about six months ago.  My car was in a different garage today for some unrelated work and they say they think but aren't certain my springs are on upside down, and aren't seated correctly.

This is what they look like... Thoughts? I have no idea personally what they're supposed to look like.

Are you sure that they're even the correct springs?

Well I hadn't suspected the garage to have fitted the wrong springs, which is the only way they would be the wrong ones.
