P2293 After changing injector, checked seals, idles fine, stumbles under load.

Seems once the car has adjusted after being started then the difference in rail pressure only is 1-2bar from requested but when first started after a reset any throttle and it’s 45bar difference. Im reading this could be the pressure sensor, HPFP or maybe my replacement injector. Which is more likely?
