Mine was from ebay mate. £210 delivered I think, from a VW garage up north that sells stuff on there. All OEM and everything was included. Retrofit is relatively easy and if you google/search on here, you'll find a PDF guide. Alternatively, PM me your email and I'll send it across

I think it's not too much more from VW but iirc, it is more expensive overall by about £40 buying them individually.

Does anyone know if this part has the outside connector for the Aux socket or is it a case of cutting it out yourself?

Part 2  - 1K0863323Q 71N (antracite) CD changer version £32
Cheers,

Wayne

Would you have a price for part 7?

Also, when i fitted my second hand armrest it is a lot looser than that in my wifes Match, its nowhere near as stable when i lean on it.

From what i can remember all screws and parts were fitted, but it came with the majority assembled.

Any idea what could be wrong?

part 7 is around £32

The bracket comes preassembled, so I'm not sure who it could become loose

Your right, it comes with the hole for the aux socket

You need to add 5M0035345 (35p) as a blanking cover or 1K0035724B (7.50) for the AUX socket

Mr Camel, your a star... :happy2: Now both cars has the Aux socket inside the cubby hole as it has no Ipod or CD changer, so is it a case of just ordering part 2 and the Aux socket and then just swap the cases over and disconnect the inside Aux socket to the new outside connection? Or will I need some more more parts?

Many thanks for your help... :pomppomp:

There are two versions of the centre console

1K0863323Q 71N is the version for the cd changer or MDI and has the hole for the aux socket

1K0863323M 71N is the version without the slot for the cd changer/mdi and just has a big bin in it but it doesn't say if this comes with the hole for the aux socket

I hate ETKA at times  :fighting:

Many thanks once again for your help... :happy2:

PS...Will I need the storage bin thingy to sit the changer in or does it just sit inside?
