If my memory serves me right the RS4 uses the Audi Torsen diff which is permanent 4wd with a 40:60 power split under normal driving conditions :happy2:

mat ,      the S3 is a great car  :driver:  Â£35k is golf R money but this awesome piece of kit is leaps and bounds ahead of the R
if you think the r32 has a sound track you need to hear this  :drool:and the drive  :drool:and the power  :drool:.......

for c35k i would go for the e90 m3 over the rs4, quicker and dare i say it a bit more precise - i have seen some going for less than 30k too and i am certainly tempted

I'm looking at E46 M3's, but I also noticed that E92 M3's are now going for 28-30K it is very tempting!!!
