ebay question

Evening all
I've sold my Mk3 Golf Gti on ebay today to a member with zero feedback and who had only joined today.
I clearly put in my decription 'if less than 10 feedback please contact me before bidding' which they didn't do!
The buyer is also nearly 300 miles away, so i'm smelling a rat.
My question being  am i within my rights to contact the next high bidder and offer the car to them? As the buyer ignored my request in the listing or will ebay  frown on this?

I contacted them straight away but no reply. Just hold tight you reckon?

Your right. Just not happy they didn't contact me prior to bidding as i asked.
