Golfgirl:
I've got one but can't help you in fitting it because I didn't do it myself

More dumb ass questions guys. Will I be able to see calls on my highline display and use the phone button on my mfsw? Will the mfd2 show the phone is in use? Or will I need to add something else to integrate this more seamlessly with my mfsw/mfd2/highline?
Pretty sure I can live without the integration. I'll put it on the nice to have list.

Never had the highline display in my car, but dont think you will be able to see whos calling, u will just have to do the unthinkable and look at the parrots display to find out whos calling (what a farse eh :signLOL: )
as for using the MFSW controls, I am sure you can get an adaptor that enables you to do this, if u look on parrots website u will prob find out more information on there.
to be honest it will prob cost more than the parrot itself, where I had my parrot, u could make calls easy enough with ur arm on the arm rest. so imo I would save my money.
dont take the above information as gospel, as I might be talkin rubbish about the highline, like i said I didnt have one so couldnt tell you.

Yes I dont think highline displays WHO is calling etc it just defaults to PHONE and the display on the mfd2 changes to say phone...only thing is you can use the mfsw for navigating menus and intiating a call (I think)..
I reckon its not worth the hassle and cost tbh. I will just order the SOT and the 3100 and get on the right side of Strathclydes Finest.
jaffa666:
yeah not worth the 3points and the 60quid fine.
I am from falkirk so if you get stuck installing, (which I am sure you wont)
give me a shout and will be more than happy to help you out mate. :happy2:
