Do as I say, not as I do... Isn't that what the administrators all say to the moderators on joining?

To be fair we do all play by the rules too, most of the time...  :innocent:

And just "remove" those who oppose you?

I'd like to apply for an admin role, it seems fun. And you get to have big brakes it seems...

Moving over to Flickr, sorry for the broken picture links!

Not quite sure what you are referring to there.

You can have big brakes too if you pay for them... just like I did.

Wasn't referring to anything, just mentioning one of your many powers. I am down to get the NQSBBK but wondering whether I really need it.

NQSBBK is a pretty good option to be honest, especially once hooked up with good pads.

Yeah, and the running costs are much more friendly to a daily driven car. Also the lack of spacers and things really helps.me favour it. If anything I may not bother upgrading to R32 rear brakes but will see how I feel after I go stage 2.

Still curious as to how much better a set of TTRS calipers with 340mm disc really is over the NQSBBK, but when you run the 2 piece 370mm brakes its obvious. I'd doubt I'd find d the limit of the NQSBBK, let alone your setup!

Not sure.  Best person to ask is @Tfsi_Mike . He has the NSQBBK and then the Porsche turbo +350mm setup which i believe is quite similar to the TTRS caliper and 340mm setup

Mine are 362.... the 370mm are not 2 piece.

I had the NQSBBK on my Golf and they were fantastic when combined with Ferodo pads! Perfectly suited to the 312 disc on a Golf.
I've got the 340mm TTRS on the CC and they are ultimately a better brake but they are heavier and my opinion offer less feel than the NQSBBK.
That said, they're perfect for the bigger discs and my bigger car.
After upgrading the brakes on my last 2 cars, the extra confidence they bring, control and modulation.........I have no idea how I will run standard brakes again.
