Managed to boil my brake fluid on friday. Chasing a Impreza... who then tried to tell me his car was 220bhp..... yeeeaaaahhh OK!!!  :driver:

He was probably playing it safe saying that in anticipation of being told yours was standard.

What else can you do, apart from not braking too much for too much time? :confused:

I thought the oil would boil from the heat of the friction between discs and pads. Cooling the discs should help the pads and calipers not getting so hot, no? :confused:

I'm pretty sure mine needs cleaned out, but I just can't find the time, and I know that if I put it in to a garage to get down, it's a cert it'll not get done correctly/fully
