There are varying view points but as long as they are used occasionally they will do no harm. Plus don't let them get wet and leave them on for long periods.  :happy2:

I think they're better for long-distance driving rather for going to the shops. The pain in the arse is the need to have the car clean before you put it on, which I wanted to do before santa pod and never got the chance.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

I gave up on mine,as it is so hard to find time to clean the car, and then put the bra on before driving off, but then it always rained or there was something else to stop me using it, so I sold it.

Can potentially cause more damage than they are worth. If its just for long distances or to shows, use some 3m tape

I've done 2 x Ring trips of over 1300 miles each time and never done any damage, and that is on a Black car!

I'm with Nath, i've done some mileage with mine and no damage, but it does come straight off once i'm home and if it starts to rain I stop and take it off.
