Great find TC  :happy2:

It is an awesome look, have seen a few of the arabs with this look on various cars around Knightsbridge lately (favorites being an M5 and a Bi-Turbo Cayenne  :drool: :drool: :drool:).

If I had a spare/second Mk5 this is exactly what I would do with it  :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Have the wheel arches been 'flared'? 

If so, how does one get the arch contour to line up with the rear bumper - as it's made of plastic?

My take on "Offset" is the distance between the edge of the rim and the inner part of the wheel.  :smiley:
In the pics above its the wide area of Chrome  :drool:
