The M5 is currently shut from junction 6 (Worcester North) to junction 3 (Halesowen).  I need to be at work for 0630 in the morning and need junctions 6 to 2.  Could be interesting.....

We were supposed to go to Weston-Super-mare this weekend to stay at my mums but she said the snow was bad and the roads poor and suggested we stay home, which I'm glad we did now... :santa: Two weeks off now... :xmaspresent:

Hope those of you who have to travel have safe journeys this coming week... :happy2:

One thing i have been finding with lots of drivers is, they seem to think it's a good idea to slam their brakes on if they have to slow down for a junction/roundabout which causes them to skid even more, and then echoing what others have said they will pull away but gun it and just spin the wheels up!

Im driving 590miles, the length of the country basically, on Thr.  Not looking forward to it at all now after seeing so many numpties on the road.

Im dropping a couple mates of at a gatwick tomorrow.  Not an issue with winter tyres you might think, but considering today they closed the M25 for 7 hours due to a crash, im not holding my breath
