Edition 30 splitter
« on: December 29, 2010, 09:27:30 pm »
Hi guys, just ordered one of these from the stealers and just wondered how difficult they are to fit. I'm hoping they are just a few screws? Am I right? Cheers

Yes quite simple, why not just get the bodyshop who is spraying it to fit.  :happy2:

Yeah I think that's for the best! Just wondered how hard it was.

Just contemplating getting the lip done in gloss black like a few people on here, just don't know how often I'll need to get it touched up! Decisions decisions.

Cheers for the quick reply  :happy2:

get it sprayer silver then have the middle bit wrapped black,

protecting the paint underneith and if you wish in the future or to sell, peel off..
Standard: Rear parking sensors, Parrot Bluetooth
Retro fitted: MFSW buttons, RCD510, Boot pop, Black Monza II, Xenons, Audi jacking points, open fog light grills.

Good idea  :happy2: could get it done in carbon fibre!

So does wrapping it not leave any residue when you come to remove the wrap?

Before anyone points it out I know there is a blatant innuendo in that sentence!
