height on coil overs
Andy:
hopefully getting my coil overs fitted next month, but what height is the ride stance ...thinking about 1/2" from the top of the tyre to the wheel arch...don't want the slammed look
Top Cat:
Thats the beauty of collies you can adjust it until you get what your happy with. A word of warning though some cannot be adjusted on the car, so if you have this type then i would be getting it right first time if possible.
Here is how i have mine set at the moment but will be going lower soon. My theory is to lower it a bit give it a thrash and test, then go a bit lower and do the same until it is as low as is practical for my type of driving. :happy2:
Andy:
that looks spot on-its about the level i want mine

....Trial and error. If I were you (but I'm not) I'd go to someone like Centre Gravity where NeilM went (see Review).
Which coilovers do you have, TC? (I've forgotten but think they're KW).
