Proud new owner of a GTI DSG
Kalpsn2000:
Hi & welcome mate
The mk5 GTI is a brilliant car. The original reborn I would say :happy2:

Hi, welcome.
I'm also new here to the forum and the hugely proud owner of a new Mkv GTI DSG in Red.. I've only had it for 4-5 days, but is clearly one of the most impressive cars I've ever owned..
Similar to yourself - I upgraded from a SEAT Leon Cupra R Mk1 2003 212bhp. The MKV tho is a huge step up from the Cupra R IMO. The chassis on the Cupra doesn't even compare to that of the GTI's. Although the speed feels similar in both the GTI just feels more solid and with much less torque steer aswell. The DSG helps it along and puts a smile on my face everytime.... Grin
Enjoy!
GLIDN:
welcome to the GTI club,
it's great fun ain't it? :P
When you get a chance post some pics.
