In answer to your question Homer, No you wont get 300BHP, Bolt on everything available and set it up properly even for the particular days conditions and you wont really get over 280 BHP you might get the odd anomaly but in the real world you wont.
The Doc (Bacillus) also gets over 300 without a intake, Obviously he is adding something or has changed his Ko 3 in some way. He will say he hasn't but wont ever tell how he does it, which in it's self tells you something.

But also to add, even with every suspension mod and all the other bits related to traction you will get wheel spin if you use all the power so it's pointless unless you are on track or dont mind doing silly speeds on the road.
Yes you can modulate your right foot to stop the spin, but what you are doing is using less power. Pretty sure a 270- 280 BHP Ko 3 will easy keep up with a K0 4 on the road unless you start doing 120 plus were the exra power can be used.
Its better to have tons of power than not  but on the road you cant get the benefits. Though you can get your cock out on rolling road days and swing it about.   :pomppomp:
