Jake, as much as I try to keep them clean and maintained the height ring became a bit seized so I asked alex to cut it off and put a new one on.

I will be ordering bilstein pss10 from AKS but not before Ive treat Nat & Harry to a decent family holiday.

Car is currently at the Bodyshop having the carbon bonnet painted red and a small dint in the sill pulled out and painted.

I wonder if covering the height ring with silicone grease would help it stop seizing.

Early on I used to grease the threads and wrap clingfilm around  :ashamed: but it's not the best solution tbh

A good wrap of PTFE tape followed by some electricians tape should do it!

All the plastic threads were fooked.  Once sh*t gets in it kills the plastic.  Keep them dry from grease is the best bet and use an air blower on them before adjusting.
