Love the work you're doing Mike, very purposeful. I'd love a set of Turini's!

Oil temp gauge is a good idea.

What, no piss take?  pass by on leave?

No mate.  This is one of the few mods you have which make sense :P

Do you mean pop by next time I'm on leave?

Not for the minute.  Went to Plymouth this weekend but flew rather than drive.

Tempted to book  a trackday for late July in the Midlands thigh.  Can't do it before as I'm off for another paid holiday

Custom make your own.

2.5" spigot welded to discharge flange with silencer removed inside. 90 deg silicone elbow bit of pipe with 45 deg reducing pipe onto intercooler. Unless you have twintercooler.

Sorted.

Silencer?

Where abouts do you live?   Somewhere like blyton park, Mallory park or Bedford autodtrome are perfect for beginners.

I'm by no means a great track driver. I enjoy it and I concentrate on tryin to be smooth and fast. My car is so well setup it's quite easy to drive quick. I have booked tuition for Donnington.  :happy2:

Stuck the new pick up pipe on even though the old one was mint.

VAG silicone sealant..

Fired it up, checked for leaks, dropped it to the deck & rechecked levels. Job done.

Will stick the oil temp sensor in at the next oil change.
