Sorry mate no, the heat shield bolts in underneath the pipe at the rear of the engine to reduce the heat from the exhaust.  Tbh, I have seen DIY filter boxes made from stiff foam similiar to what is used on the ITG system which have been very good..........I'v also seen some abortions!  :laugh:

the EVOMS kit looks good...maybe, at some point in the future.

I remember when drilled airboxes were the thing to do...almost like a DIY induction kit...sort of!  certainly increases the induction roar!  :grin:
