I think there is one in the how to guide mate, if you search youtube for headlight removal there are a few good guides.  Tbh, its not that difficult, 20 minute job tops, I will be doing it soon to change the headlights.  :happy2:

If you search youtube there are some videos of a guy who just loosens it but it still looks like he struggled, imho, for the extra 5 minutes it would take to fully remove the bumper you may as well just do it.  Be careful if you have headlights washers or front PDA's.  Ideally get a friend to hold the bumper while you unplug everything first.   :happy2:

I would still take the whole thing off mate, if you leave it hanging it may drop and get damaged, plus it will be much easier (and only need 1 pair of hands) to remove the headlight.......

....if only the Germans had the foresight of the Czechs!  Just a quick clip of me removing one of my vRS headlights -

If Carlsberg made headlights...... :signLOL:

Yup, 3 screws each side for the light iirc.  But another dozen or so for the bumper and the inconvenience with having to remove the whole thing.......
