Sunblinds for 3dr?
« on: November 02, 2011, 10:17:57 pm »
Do VW do fitted sunblinds for the mk5 3dr? Can't find any on the website other than one for the boot window, If they do, does anyone know the part No's ? I've found some pretty decent ones elsewhere for about £85 for a full set but wondered if the VW ones might work out cheaper.

Very good, I had them in mine.
fit is spot on, and looks like a tint rather than blinds.

Are they for the rear side windows and the boot?
The fit looks great

This is where Al's old 5dr blinds ended up.. in my car!

Read this thread to see how easy they are to fit..

Just to give you an idea of what they look like in.. up close, you can see the weave of the blinds, a bit further back and they look like tints..  The rear window blind is in two halves so there is a line up the middle where they meet each other, but you quickly don't notice it.  Highly recommended!

Here's the link to the 3-door..

I think the VW ones shown are just for the rear side windows and that the VW rear one available doesn't 'fit' the window like the Palm Vanstyle ones do..
