may i point you the way of autotechnik. a vag specialist in rosyth near the ferry terminal. check www.autotechnik.uk.com for full details. owner michael oneil is full certified vw,audi specialist,  uses all the best diagnosics gear and bosch service parts. much better alternative to rip off main dealers.

comes highly recomended.
