OEM mobile phone holder

Gti I am looking at has a OEM mobile phone hands free kit fitted for a Nokia 6310. I was wondering how I would remove this and if it would leave any holes in dashboard. Or, does anyone supply a replacement cradle tha can be used with this OEM unit for an iPhone 4? Any info be great.
