Stage 1 with Twintake
« on: April 14, 2012, 09:07:27 pm »
I'll be having my Leon FR (BWA) remapped in a couple of weeks but have a TwinTake fitted, so will I get a bit more power as a result? It's being done with full dyno before/after etc.

Also, is it worth going for the SPS? What about the SPS+ over the SPS, for someone who won't tweak with settings too much?

.
Yes, you'll get more power and may have to adjust the remap to stop the OEM fuel pump from possibly giving fuel cuts.

Twintake Review:   http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,9988.0.html  < There'll be some info in there.

I think that Revo have now streamlined their SPS box options so there's just one box.

Ah ok, makes sense. AMD are doing it so hopefully they'll know what they're doing ;)

Ha, yeh, at least I'll see the difference even if it's not 'accurate', per se.
