Removing side skirts

How easy is it to remove the side skirts. I'm after gettin them painted

Easy, 1 screw each end and 2 in the middle, then lift the skirt up and it will come off

nope, double sided tape at best along the top edge

@ OP, I would consider buying a couple of new skirts to get painted to make life easier.
