Plastic polish?

Guys? I was wonder is there such a thing out there it's only for the clocks(speedo etc)
The person who owned it before me most of used he's hands to clean it with :-( so there's loads of like faint scratches I was wondering if there was something on the market that would sort if for me clearly I won't need alot
Any of you guys got any ideas?

IIRC the plastic on the clocks is very soft and hence sensitive. I've heard of stories of people trying to clean them with a microfibre which seems to inflict more swirls. I don't know if polishing would cause further damage but megs do plast-x.
