last minute decision to go so gave the GTI a quick wash last night




Pirelli logo added inside (so jealouse of you Ed30 guys), donated to me from Crazy Quiffs as they are for the centre caps for the original Pirelli P slots on the mk1 so a nice link back :happy2:



some piccies of cars i know from around oxford (keep an eye out on the old audi next year)







watercooled images (loved the vento) and the two Mk2 16V G60s (my dream mk2)

Nice to see you do make the effort occassionally to clean the Pirelli! :P

Seeing some the Mk2's today has spured me on to get my arse in gear and get mine finished, so have come home with some new parts and will be getting her off to paint within the next two weeks  :smiley:

Was that a " with love " from the Wife Andy?, gut wrenching when it happens.

I give it 7 days before my Wife does my new Mint anthracite Babys in :sad:

the mk2 ltds were fabulous, real honest cars, the owners did not have a clue that there would be two, five minutes before i'd clapped eyes on them i did comment that you never see one and that i yearned one, neither were for sale  :sad:, they run 210bhp, however, about 6 were remapped by vw and have 230bhp
