L33 BRW Spotted today in Stratford-upon-Avon

Nice black 5 door GTI sat on my tail through town, at first I thought it was JoesGTI as he had his numberplate in the windscreen. I think he had the same splitter as joe and he also had a CF front grille!  8)
So who was it? Anyone here??
