I'm afraid that I'm not very impressed by yesterday's such high numbers, especially as even the standard cars were plotting more than they are expected to [someone correct me if I'm wrong].

My figures were spot on RR!

....Since when was your car standard, John!?

Out of interest, are their 'rollers' calibrated to any known standard because thats the only way were going to get a rough idea of how much the results were possibly out by.

And on the basis of the sound that the K03's were making with the blueflame, I think my minds made up now

If you have to ask why, you'll never understand.

^^^^
Mahler(sp?) are highly rated apparently and are used by all the cars in the competition VW Racing Cup to pass scrutineering.

But does this really mean that Dyno-Dynamics plots such as at JKM are pessimistic by such a huge margin?

Driveability and RELATIVE bhp/torque numbers are more important imo. We certainly had a great quantity and variety of cars running in the same day session.

Think the list is being compiled.

Guys can we also list torque results and where both power and torque peak.  It would make some interesting comparisons.

as long as a std car was there too , you can get a 'relative' comparison.
thats the best you should do at any rolling road..

^^ There was a little bit of confusion there too!

I think the standard GTI's ran anything from 215hp - 235hp.

The standard K04 cars ran around 250hp - 262hp

We didn't get WHP on our print-outs, but I think the computer screen briefly displayed it
