Braided Hoses for ED30
« on: September 02, 2012, 01:48:03 pm »
Afternoon team.

I'm not happy with my brakes, but not sure i can afford to throw TTRS/S3 cash at them to make them better, my first port of call is braided hoses.

When i look up listings there is only a ref for the GTI.. are those the ones to plump for or do i need to call most places and tell them it's an ED 30?

The S3 upgrade should only cost you about 300-400 pounds. Braided hoses wont make that much difference to be honest.

Have you looked at changing pads?

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Not sure what to go for with the regs in place (e90) i think. But i would like to keep standard discs, performance pads and braided hoses.
