Well worth doing I would say.. I have seen valves that are pretty scary! There is some pics about from a car that has 80k miles on it somewhere and they are fooked!!!!!

I can believe it.. They actually saw upto 18bhp on certain runs so quoting 15bhp is actually on the safe side.. Either way im very happy lol..

my golf has 96k on now, so will see how fooked the valves are when i rip the engine apart to put new pistons/rods and super tch valves in

Mines just over 20k now. So would rather prevent rather than fix at a later date. Emailed Forge to ask the question. No mention of prices on the site, can you PM me a rough cost if you dont want it public?
