I've just been told today that I can get the Tarox big brake kit for £1450 now and also this kit retails at £3k I'm told.... Any chance anyone can confirm if they are usually £3k or is it more like I'm being lied to by the sales guy at Tarox?

Seems you can get the Tarox 6 pot 330mm for ~£1900

So even though he may be stretching the truth somewhat, it's a good price at £1450.

I'm told by Tarox rep that Awesome bought lots of these sets tho so are able to sell them so cheap due to the discount they got on the bulk buy but said usually they'd be selling at around £3k.

I just don't know if they're worth spending that much on and if I should go with a different set up. One set up I'm really interested in now is the NQSBBK but I don't want the hassle of sourcing parts or getting everything reconditioned before fitting

i went through the same dilemma-as i didn't want the hassle of waiting for pads to come or the hassle of getting discs so that was one of the reasons  i went for the r32 set  up-yes it may heavier than other set up out there but if your not taking the car on the track then you won't notice it
