I'll be forty this year, and I've noticed that I've started liking the more mature ladies (40+), Particularly if they've kept themselves in decent nick.

Some of my current faves are :

VBH (of course)
Vorderman
Patsy Kensit
Monica Bellucci
Nigella Lawson
Jennifer Anniston
Suzanna Reid (off the news)
Sophie Raworth
Cherie Lunghi

I think Nigella Lawson is gross..... so over rated. All of her pseudo sexy cooking videos are vile, its like watching your mum star in a softcore porno!
