It's manual mate it seems to be fine not slipped at all yet,the way Nick has mapped it there a nice gradual smooth curve so it's not just all of a sudden loading the clutch up.

I have a supposedly cr@ppy superchips map with pre-cat delete (just shy of 250bhp), I can easily get 40MPG on a run if I don't do more than 65mph.  I average around 34. 
For the sake of 10bhp I'd rather save £'s on fuel.
Going to try a decent CAI next, see if this alters the BHP and Economy, surely it's all about balance on these cars, they aren't Ferraris after all.

My old Stage 1 R-Tech Mapped GTI (with pre-cat removed) easily managed 40+mpg on a run - especially using cruise control 

That made 248bhp on R-Tech's dyno.

Not much between the maps then?  The SC does make less torque, mine made ~280 lb/ft, but I prefer that TBH, as it's kinder on the OEM clutch and has less tendancy to spin in the damp - no point having more torque if that translates to losing grip.  Especially laughable in some VAG diesels, 400lb/ft through FWD - feel very quick, but rubbish for 80% of the time when it's damp in the UK.

Seems about right then.

As I've said in other posts. Peak figures are pretty much the same across the range of maps available. It's how they drive that matters 

I used to get 40+mpg with cruise control on at 70mph, don't see the point in speeding up, sitting up someone's arse, slowing down etc so I just sit at 70 and relax, can usually hold that speed well as long as I plan in advance for overtaking. Never find I get anywhere quicker trying to drive fast, so don't bother.

I save the acceleration and "fun" side for the country lanes

I tried a CAI. ITG.. hated it and it lasted about 1 week before I swapped back.

I went to see Nick and co on Friday, again, had my water/methanol injection tuned into my car. The kit had already been excellently fitted and set up by Statllers in Sheffield, but wanted to go to my trusted tuner, ie. Nick, as i have done many times. In terms of peak figures, not a huge gain on the day, but probably down to hardware (or lack thereof). Note that i was already seeing/feeling gains because of the WMi, oh yes, and some little pops when foot is planted!! 
For those in any doubt, get WMi if you can, you will feel immediate gains, but get it properly tuned in, by the likes of Nick!! Met a number of other 'victims' on the day whilst i was there, all very knowledgable lads, and all wanting Nick to work his usual magic!! Everyone has only but good words to say about R Tech, his service is second to none as always, im just flabbergasted why people dont go there as matter of course for their tuning!! For some the journey there might be long, but worth every mile in my eyes, and the money you'd save on an R Tech map will more than pay for the petrol there i'm sure!!
Oh lastly, Nick also put a 12.5% stronger spring in my Rev G DV, don't know the full technical reasoning behind that to be honest, but yes, i could feel a smoother response when driving, although that could be psychological, lol!! 
My car goes in every gear now and the straight line on the graph he gave me proves the car keeps it's power right up until 7000 rpm!!
