part number for tow eye to fit R-Line rear valance (no exhaust cutout)

As above, VW couldn't help as the R-line rear valance isn't associated to any particular car. The part number for the valance is 1K6 807 521 H.

I know some people on here have this as I have seen them for sale occasionally.
