Smooth grill

Hi guys was just wondering if the mesh part of the upper grill can be removed as I was thinking it may be possible to fit my honeycomb grill to the eBay £50 smooth front grill as I am unsure about having no badge on the front.
Does anyone have any input on this or any pictures of the badge less grill??

There are loads of badgeless grill pictures on the interweb.



Some cheap ones online do not split... Be careful
