Looks awesome :congrats:... How do you detail an engine bay? How long does it take cause I'm scared of getting water in places it shouldn't and ruining the car  :sad1: mine is minging

Hi its not as hard as you would think cover up electrics as best you can with plastic bags and duck tape,  use a good engine degreaser the autoglym one is fine and cheap,  spray, let it dwell then agitate with a brush then open ended hose to wash the degreaser off.  After spraying the degreaser i always run the engine aswell, one i know its running and the heat helps break up the grease and makes it easier to wash.   Obviously try to avoid the alternator and battery etc as best you can, coilpacks but most of the other stuff when running is fine.

Autoglym rubber and vinyl is good, this time i used aerospace 303 which is great for the plastics and its literally spray and then leave it no wiping and when you come down in the morning its all shiny.
