Hi All,

How do you folks with a decat downpipe deal with MOT time? The car will fail on emissions so how do you get around this?

Either re fit a downpipe or make friends with the garage owners daughter.  :pomppomp:

Not sure if such garages exist in Basingstoke though!!

I think swapping the pipes out would be a great hassle, even if it is just once a year...is it really that easy, jack the front of the car up, put it on axle stands and undo some bolts? They don't all look so easy to reach though..

People pay every year for them to be swapped.

I never went decat because it wasn't worth the hassle.
