I have been a VW enthusiast since day one and couldn't wait to get my hands on my first car.
So, I had a little 1.4 VW Lupo, loved her to bits, just as you should no matter what your first car ended up being, had her for 1 whole year, fitted brand new wheels, a cheep set of coil overs and a custom powerflow exhaust, I couldn't help my self.

Went all out on making sure she was safe, so in went a new gearbox, clutch and breaks as well of loads of other bits and bobs, but she was never quite a golf

Time went on and I saved like never before to get a hold of a mk5

This is what ii have ended up with

 My mk5 Golf GT TDI
picked her up for around £4000
with 90,000 miles on.
Not sure if I did well or got ripped off but its done now. So far I have had all the wheels refurbished, the belts done, the breaks done, and I have just had a set of H&R springs fitted so she sits better.
Sure there will be more to come but I am thinking this will probably be a slow and subtle build
Next on the list are,
stamped plates
Edition 30 front splitter
gti back bumper, sprayed
and maybe a milteck non resonated exhaust system
