So cleaned the car yesterday and managed to pull all these out the bottom of the drivers wing :sad1: wings will be coming off soon to give them a proper scrub underneath!!
Mrs bought me a new Edition 30 badge for Christmas :love:
Old one was battered, someone had decided to paint it with nail varnish by looks of it :stupid:
New one :happy2:
Just need to get a new GTI rear badge and the VW boot flip badge too!

Now the good bits, calipers have had a full rebuild, fresh pistons, seals and the discs skimmed!
Test fitted the brakes and seems like they will just about fit behind the standard Pescaras (360mm discs) so will hopefully get them on over the new few weeks :happy2:
Also got the US running lights coded in :smiley:
Also got confirmation that some of the other parts I ordered are on route :happy2:

Garage Midnight heat shield I got a while back, I used some of the Reflect-A-Gold tape:

So decided to wrap the inlet pipe in reflect-a-gold but ran out :( so will order some more and finish of the corner sections!
Rear wiper delete :)
Also last piece of the puzzle on the brakes, so will get the setup fitted tomorrow/Saturday hopefully!
