Tiny orange spots.

always thought the orange spots were pollen from trees ? as you only get it in the summer ? its hard to wash off as it get baked on in the sun but will wash off with water

Had the same on my white Leon when I first got it, iron X removed it no problem :)

I would have said pollen too. I get them on my reflex silver and they end up looking a brownish-yellow-orange. QD or washing removes them relatively easily. So do baby wipes but i'm not sure if baby wipes are kind to wax/sealant - i doubt it.
