Love the pics Dan! If you complain of your Yellowstuff I don't know how my Redstuff will handle the semi-slicks...

Thanks mate, the yellowstuffs are adequate and a good all rounder for the road but just couldn't keep up with the heat on the track. Basically the same as the tyres really.

I'm thinking Mintex M1144 and either Federal 595 RSR's or Nankangs NS-2R's.

I say the same of my Redstuff. I don't know if Mintex has good pads for my calipers. Last time I saw I didn't find. These are cheap enough to replace when needed and didn't fade on track (yet).

Mintex should have something as those calipers are on a couple of different cars.

Yeah my yellows never fully faded but sometimes one corner would be a bit numb but then better feel in the next one, probably due to lack of material mostly. For the price they're a decent pad IMO. But time for something better.

I've received a quote of Project Mu HC+ for my calipers. A bit too expensive for me at the moment (£285+VAT+shipping)! :surprised: I've just sent an email to Endless asking if they make TRZ brake pads for Brembo 17Z (the correct size to use with Brembo 18Z calipers with MB ML450 350 mm discs). Lets wait for the reply.

So after the track day I've become basically obsessed with it and this car is quickly spiraling towards full retard.

Took another 15kg or so out of the back just by removing door cards, carpets and trims. You know just the standard creature comforts  :signLOL:

Also ordered some Corbeau Club Sports for the front and hopefully save another 15kg's or so. They'll be here end of March hopefully.

Cars booked into AKS on the 6th March to fix some issues and also tighten up my front and nicely. Managed to pick up some bargains to try and reign in the understeer  :rolleye:

Nice! So it turns out you can use your arm rest after all. Nice seats. Harness bar and harnesses or just keeping the seatbelts? Bar will add stiffness as well

Yes thankfully you can. Chances are I will just keep seatbelts as I really don't like harnesses to be honest. Bit a rear brace of some sort is on the list once the front is tightened up.
