Hi All

As per the header, just started and none of my alan keys seem to fit.

I think I'm right in saying it's not an allen key that you need.

It's a specific tool for VW's, an M14 "triple square" or "12 point bit"

Can be bought though,

I think to take the caliper off the carrier it's a 7mm Allen bit you'll need ;)
