Yeh I get what you mean mate, the eddy I went for a drive in did spin up in 1st n 2nd but once into 3rd which was only a few seconds it way away like a rocket and on a decent run would catch the R up.

A stage 2+ ed30 would lose out off the line to a stage 2+ R, but once into 3rd gear would catch up, and eventually overtake the R.

Fastest off the line & up to 40mph = Golf R
Fastest from 40mph onwards = Ed30

Yes like what I said so well worth going to stage 2+ in either a gti, eddy or R

One draw back with 4wd been power lost through drive train but the good thing on the R's side is it would have reached a 100mph before the eddy would be making a pass.  :happy2:

Just enquired into getting revo stage 1 in the winter sale :party:

Stage 2+ eddy appeals to me so much because its so stealth to other people who don't know much :driver:
