Picked up some coilovers this weekend  fitted the rear ones, came to do the front ones and the previous owner had butchered ever nut. So I have had to order some new drop links and I have had to give everything I can a good wire brush and soak in WD40. Copper grease will be going on everything as I put it all back together but for now it's a full stop. The drop link on the driver side looks to be really long, doesn't seem right, so hopefully new OEM drop links will sort that out. Also waiting on spring clamps from a mate to fetch up this week. Then I'll have to get tracking done, which I noticed today is eating away at my front tires inside walls, not very good from the past seller seeming it flew through an MOT 2 weeks before I bought it, even though I have the MOT pass. Never mind, soon should be all done.
Anyone have any little tips to help me when the coilovers?

All types being around the corner the prep starts. I got hold of some 0000 wire wool and some meguires metal polish to give the exhaust a quick shine up.

i want to have a go at doing this to my exhaust tips as they are really bad. was this an easy job to do?
MarkyN:
Yes easy job to do @shoaybmakda just used good metal polish, 0000 grade wire wool and some buffing clothes. Really does make a different
shoaybmakda:
thanks @MarkyN I've ordered some 0000 wool wire and meguires off eBay will give it a shot this weekend
Pesky jones:
did you just scrub the exhaust with the wire wool and then buff with the clothes + polish?
