Have you considered PCV delete?
AndyBrown:
Heard some mixed reviews on here mate, someone's said that vw racing use oem PCV aswell, if it's good enough for them it's good enough for me lol

If it helps I've just rang VW and the latest part is 06F129101R and 06F103483E for the gasket. VW wanted £38.82 and £21.04 including the VAT. Waiting for a call back from Trade Parts Specialists for their price as my PCV is likely goosed.
Helpful chap from VagTech in Milton Keynes who stock the Revo PCV delete said it really isn't worth doing the delete unless you have a decent state of tune. For the standard spec he recommended keeping with the latest VW versions at half or less of the price.
